3/ Orders

Orders can be sent to Veritable SAS via the Internet (online shop) or by email (order form).

7 / Delivery

7.1 - Terms of delivery

Deliveries are made to the address indicated in the order form which can only be in the agreed geographical area. Veritable SAS can not be held responsible for any errors in the customer's entry and the consequences that result (eg errors or delays in delivery). In this context, the costs incurred for the return of the order would be borne by the customer. In case of visible deterioration of the package, the customer has the opportunity to refuse delivery. In case of damage during transport, the reasoned protest must be made to the carrier AND Veritable SAS within three days from delivery. In case of dispute, the investigation may last up to twenty-one (21) working days. All claims relating to a defect in the delivered goods, an inaccuracy in the quantities or their erroneous reference must be transmitted to Veritable SAS within 48 hours upon receipt of the package, failing which the right to claim will cease. to be acquired.

Delivery times are only indicative; if they exceed thirty days from the order, the contract of sale may be terminated and the buyer refunded. In case of delivery outside France, Véritable SAS can not be held responsible for a blockage by the customs in the country of destination. 7.3 Delivery time of pre-orders

We offer you the opportunity to buy pre-order some items currently out of stock. A pre-order is taken into account only once paid in full, during the payment of your order. A wait of a few weeks may be expected for the product to be available and sent to you. In all cases, we strive to provide as much information as possible on the dates of availability. Delivery times for pre-orders are only indicative. If your order contains a pre-ordered item as well as items already available, you will receive the whole once the pre-ordered item available. 7.4 - Delivery costs
Delivery in mainland France is offered from 149 € purchase. You do not pay any shipping costs when you order at least one vegetable garden. Delivery costs are defined according to the total weight of the parcel to be delivered, the mode of transport and the country of delivery. This amount will be calculated automatically before the validation of your order, after having communicated your address of delivery. We recommend that you group all your items in one order. 8 / Right of withdrawal and return

In accordance with Articles L121-21 and following of the Consumer Code, the customer has a withdrawal period of fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of his order. 9 / Lingots® Warranty
Véritable® designs and markets live products. As the natural seed germination rate is between 65 to 95%, we can not guarantee 100% germination. The Lingot® guarantee is valid for any purchase of a Veritable Ingot® on the website or from one of our authorized resellers. If your Lingot® is diagnosed as non-compliant, we will reimburse you as a voucher for or we will ship a new Lingot® free of charge. To be effective, the request for warranty coverage must take place between 20 and 30 days following the planting date of the Lingot®. The Lingots® are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase (date of the invoice). In the case of a refund, you will receive a voucher for the value of your Lingot® by email within an indicative period of 10 days from the date of receipt of your application.
10 / Responsibility

11 / Personal data

12 / Archiving

Veritable SAS will archive purchase orders and invoices on a reliable and durable as a true copy in accordance with the provisions of Article 1348 of the Civil Code.
